The Turtleford Credit Union will be closed on Saturday, September 4th and Monday, September 6th for the Labor Day weekend. Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, September 7th.
The Turtleford Credit Union is now offering AgriInvest. AgriInvest help you manage small income declines, and provide support for investments to mitigate risks or improve market income. Your AgriInvest account builds as you make annual deposits based on a percentage of your Allowable Net Sales and receive matching government contributions. If you are interested in opening an AgriInvest account, please call or stop in and see Noella or Teralea. Please bring in your Agriculture Canada Account Initiation Form that has your PIN number and bank confirmation on it so there will be no delay in getting the account started.
Turtleford Credit Union has added a security feature to on-line banking. If you are wishing to add a new vendor to your on-line banking account please contact the office at 306-845-2105 and we will gladly assist you. Its beneficial to have the vendor's name and account number before calling in. The new security feature is to prevent anyone access to your on-line account from, for example, creating a new bill, prepaying a credit card and/or depleting our member's account.
BANKING SYSTEM CONVERSION
Although it will take us a bit of time to truly understand all the ways that we can utilize this new technology to better serve your needs, we are learning more each day. When we find new opportunities or notice something that you might find confusing, we will include information in our newsletter or post it on our website. If you are experiencing difficulty with MemberDirect or if you need clarification on signing on the first time please give us a call and we will gladly assist you.
MemberCard balances are now "real-time". Now when you make tranactions over the counter (deposits, withdrawls, bill payments, etc.) they are immediately processed through your account and your balance is instantly updated and available to you for card transactions. The amount shown by a card inquiry is the AVAILABLE balace and it will reflect any stops or holds on your account plus the funds that you would have available from an authorized line of credit. Also included in this amount will be the available balances from any other accounts that you have authorized for transfer to this account.
